We are a small independant restaurant that focuses on fresh local ingredients made to order. From produce to protein, our kitchen continues to search for quality sustainable Canadian products. All proteins are prepared in house using various methods of curing, smoking, grinding and pressing. Fresh products are delivered daily to avoid using frozen or processed products. Things as simple as Bacon or Smoked Meat can take up to 7-10 days to cure, smoke and prepare properly. We believe in our food quality first, and as we stick to our “made to order methods” at busy hours we ask that you please DO NOT modify the menu, it only slows us down. Grab a beer or cocktail, take a look around, be patient, and remember.. good food comes to those who wait!
